There are lot more options out there. As a first time home buyer, I wouldn't lose sleep on a house that have tons of repair cost. You never EVER don't want to buy a house where its a losing propositions from the "get go" without your full financial commitment.

I agree. Which is why this house is out of the question.


I guess I just romanticized the fact that I could get a cute little house together by the time my fiance is out of law school.


I guess we are going to stick with the original plan to stay with Daddy-O till January 2011. We would have about $90,000 saved by then.
