Is cash gifting legal???
I believe in gifting cash and some friends have invited me into a community which works on the principle of gift it forward. How can I know that this network concept is permitted by law and gaining prosperity via this medium is legal?

It just sounds fishy, care to give more details? Remember if something sounds to good to be true, it is to good to be true.

I have researched in it and I am not sure if it is legal. It may be a big risk as well as many of the cash gifting programs could be scams. If it was legal and not a scam I think it would be a nice system
 .

It sounds like a just another 'send $5 to the name at the top of the list' ponzi scheme and it is illegal. It does not matter what it is called or how private you keep it - it is illegal
