Does anyone know anyting about buying a house through naca.com?
Basically it is a non profit organization that offers mortgages for no money down, 5.625% interest and no closing costs for a 30 year fixed mortgage.
In return, you must help the company 5 times a year. NACA It is 100% financing...which I am not nuts about...but you can buy down the interest rate to less than 1%! I think that is SO COOL!
