Default Lightspeed Consumer Panel Lost My Account?

Not having received any survey invitations from Lightspeed Consumer Panel for about 4 months, I decided to check my rewards points and cash out. When I tried to sign in, however, I was suprised and puzzled by a Lightspeed error message that my there was no match in their data base for my email address.

The reply to my inquiry to "Lauren" at Lightspeed about this problem was that there was no record of my account. So I furnished the info that she requested for further research a few days ago, but am still awaiting an update. I don't remember how many points I had accumulatd, but I'm annoyed at the prospect of losing even just a few dollars if it's something that I earned.

Has anybody else had similar problems with Lightspeed?
