Not at all, and I have done my fair share of accepting the rewards. For example, once cc gave me EE Savings bonds... I sucked them for 650 dollars worth, and gave them 18.50 interest in the same time frame... They canceled the program for some reason... I stopped using their card immediatly.

Not in the least should you feel guilty. It is no different than using every deduction you are allowed on your taxes. Using any system honestly to your best advantage is permissible in all situations. I am sure they are hoping for a certain amount of people to take advantage of them like this so they can brag about what reward they got which will entice others into wanting that same card--of course, those people will end up paying interest no doubt.
