Default How was your Xmas?

I hope everyone enjoyed their Xmas. I had a very relaxing day. I woke up in the morning, put on a pot of coffee and put some pastries in the oven. The kids who are visiting for the holidays woke up about an hour later. I had to laugh because I remember when they would be crawling into out bed at 4:00 in the morning on Xmas wondering why we weren't up yet.

Everyone seemed to enjoy their gifts and then we went on a late morning walk around the neighborhood. There are a lot of new houses going up in my area and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since the kids have left.

It has been a nice day. I hope everyone else has been having the same.

My was serene. We opened gifts last night (Christmas Eve), and the girls spent the day and evening with the neighbors.

Mine started out wonderfull, My kids woke up at almost 7 we opened stockings and then had breakfast. then we did the main presents and the kids really seemed to like what they got. So did my husband, and I had several awesome suprises.

Unfortunatly the day didn't end at 11am.

I guess I shouldn't ask what happened after 11:00.

We had a very relaxing day. Kids didn't make it back this year (they have their own families) so it was just the two of us. We exchange a couple of small gifts for each other and went about our normal day which is always enjoyable.
