Default Holiday Gift Check

How is everyone doing on their holiday shopping? it's going to be a close one for me this year to stay within my budget. I still have 5 gifts to get and I'm quickly closing in on my budget limit. But I think I can pull it off. How's everyone else doing?

Heh, well I am cheered to report that the shopping is done, but under budget is relative. I managed to go under what was expected of us, but that is still over what we can afford right now. I have not found any good ideas for hommade gifts for men, lots of good stuff some that I used this year and some I will use next year, but no clue what to do for the men. So we spend what is expected and we pay for it over the next few months. ( we would have had it saved if we were smart.)

I'm scrooge.... I refuse to give gifts, except for 2. Those two are for babies, my hairdresser and my coworker who just had the most adorable baby yesterday.

I have a few small gifts still to get, but I should be done by the weekend. It will be nice to have those all taken care of.
