Toys, I love to get toys for kids, mine and other peoples, and I especially love watching them open them and play with them. Christmas is my excuse to give them. Plus my stocking and christmas gift from DH, those are pure luxury.

We do lots of little "luxurious" things around Christmas. We light a lot of candles around the house, we make hot chocolate and sit in the living room when it's decorated, I bake lots of fattening goodies. Those are all little luxuries we overlook at other times of the year. Of course, the greatest luxury is that Dh is off for the holidays (he's a teacher) so we take turns sleeping in and trade off on the household chores, childcare etc. That is a fabulous luxury for me!

I would have to say my luxery this year was being able to send photograph Christmas cards to friends and family. The total to make them and send them was almost $25 but it was well worth it because I know I great it is to get a card with a picture in it )

We use to always get a fresh tree. However, my girls have learned that I am a big procratinator. This year they asked for an artificial tree so that they can hence forth put it up before Christmas Eve. Just kidding. It's always up at least a week before Christmas.

I always buy myself a new perfume for the upcoming year. Often times it is the same, but this year I decided to make a change and try something new. It is better for me to buy it than someone else since I am picky about the scents.
