I've had an account with them for a couple of years. I've never had a problem. That being said, the money you make with them is very miniscule. It's worth doing if you have the power to buy only the things you want. I see a lot of people who end up purchasing the upromise brands to get the money and forego better deals on other brands even though the other brands will save them more money than they'll get from upromise. That is the trap you have to avoid.
