When I worked in Atlanta my commute was 2 hours. Now I took a job in a smaller city for a little less pay and now my commute is 30mins. I didn't so much mind the pay cut since it canceled out with gas usage....plus there's something to be said about keeping your sanity.

30 miles one way. 45 minutes on a good day. Don't ask about the bad days!
I work just outside of Boston, so that's why it's such a tough commute.

On a good day, it's just under two hours. I get to do a lot of reading!

10 minutes by bike, 20 minutes on foot. Never by car-- parking is too difficult!

8 miles. 10 minutes when I drive, 25 minutes when I bike (2 or 3 times a week when the weather allows).

<5miles from the office. 30-45 min in the morning, 15-20 in the evening. Starting in April it will be 2min (walking), since I will be moving into the apartments right next door to my office.

Just curious...

At my old job, it was 5 minutes. At my new job, it'll be 60 minutes.
Before retiring, my commute was about 1 1/2--2 hours, one way, depending on my shift and availailable train service during those times .

10 miles away which equates to 30 minutes in the morning and 45 minutes at night both during "rush" hour. Fortunately I ride the bus so it isn't an issue. I just read or listen to music.

Funny thing about my commute is I leave my house at 8:00 am and get to work at 7:58 am! It's only 8 miles

I drive 14 miles each way, which normally would take 15 minutes if there is no traffic. However, now that every one is coming back to sunny FL it is taking me much longer

Mine is usually 10-15 minutes in the nicer months, less than that if I don't get stuck at a lot of lights, of course. In the winter, of course, it varies every single day (have a feeling it's about to get pretty long after this weeked and the storm we're supposed to get)

I'm hoping in the summer to get a bike being that it's only about 5 miles, save on gas as well as get a workout in twice a day!

If I'm rushing, including running a few red lights, it takes me about 15minutes. But regular driving about 30minutes.

50 minutes on a good day. If there is an accident, forget it. I go to Target and hang out for awhile. I have to leave my house before 6AM or it will take me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to work.
