Default Removing items from CR

In need of some direction as far as student loan reporting to the credit companies. My report indicates 11 installment accounts.

How does it affect my credit to request to have those that aren't current removed? They all report in good standings but are basically repeats due to consolidation. I'm only paying on 1 of those accounts.

Does it matter if I have them removed?

i don't think it will affect your credit rating in a bad way because you'd only be requesting a correction, which is normal.
