If you're trying to hide money from teenagers, then putting it under a pair of dirty socks in the middle of the room assures it will never be found.

All you have to do is wash it out, cut the top open, put your money in a bag and put it somewhere in the bathroom, no one will ever suspect.

Money stays in a bank. I keep something for the daily cash needs. The car's tank is always full (well, both cars) and I have 3-4 bank accounts and paypal so that, if anything happens, I can get my money from somewhere. In romania we have plastic banknotes, so we can really go nuts with stacking them in water or any environment, since they are not getting damaged

Try hiding it in under the bed or in cd boxes. Works for me.
