I drive a 1998 Toyota Camry. Can't say that I've got my eye on anything particular. Next car will probably be another Camry or possibly a Hyundai Sonata.

I have a 1999 Ford Escort that had to go to the shop today (it was smoking and an oil leak..... I am NOT looking forward to that bill)

My dream car is a Toyota Prius. I drive by every one of those cars green with envy. However it may be a little big (I like compact cars........ aside from occasionally driving my parents Subaru Forester, I've only driven compact cars).

I drive a 2004 infiniti fx35. (currently with >55,000 miles)My non-negotiable when we were looking for this was AWD. I have a 45 minute commute to work so comfort is key. It was more than I wanted to spend, but was / is worth it. I love getting into my car everyday.
DH drives a 2000 oldsmobile intrigue (with over 120,000 miles).
For fun, we still have "my single car". A 1991 mercury capri xr2 (approximately 180,000 miles). This is a convertible with a removable hard top for the winter. My 7 year old claimed this car for when she starts driving.

I currently drive an '05 Acura TL. Which I absolutely love, especially since my company pretty much pays for it. I'm in sales, and practically live in my car. I have no reason to want another car except for maybe the Lexus that parallel parks itself!

2000 Saturn SL1 bought in 2003 for cash with 23000 miles on it at the time. Now has about 37K in miles.

Dream car? I'm so not into cars. Maybe a hybrid? Mini-coopers look nice and small. The Scions seem like they have good space, in a car instead of a truck. I don't like sporty cars or very large cars. I only have a radio in my car now-a cd player might be nice.

I'm new to this blogging...but as for auto's we have, mine is an '02 Ford Explorer Sport (got it used with only 4,000 miles) DD's is a '94 Chevy Beretta with only 64,000 (got it off my BiL a few years ago) DH has a Nissan '85 pickup (we bought it new after we were married) and he just recently purchased an '07 Toyota Tacoma (figured it was about time that he got the new truck, hopefully he'll keep it as long as the first one) dream one is the Ford King Ranch, would love to have one, but I think I'll keep my little ford until it's kaput

We just made our first payment on a 2005 Ford Freestar. It is our only vehicle since DH walks to work. When my X left me I bought my "dream car" a little red sports car. It was a Ford Focus that we put 108K miles on. It was a dream, never needed a repair. Just sold it last month for what I owed on it. Now my "dream car" is a truck, extendacab of course. Actually if we drove our preference it would be a 12 passenger van with at least 6 kids, all ours!! don't think that will happen though. We are still praying for at least one more.

I have always liked sporty cars and always will. I will probably be driving a corvette when I am 80. I like smaller cars. I heard that the new cameros coming out are going to be hot looking!! I know they are cheaper than vettes. I had a 1997 rally sport camero with the spoiler in front, and most people could not tell the difference in that and a vette. The main difference was about $30,000!!

I drive a 2001 Dodge manual trans. truck that now has only 39000 miles on it. Hubster drives a 2005 Dodge Neon automatic - now has 33000 miles on it. We bought them both on the same day early last year and paid cash! Ahhhh! That felt good not to be signing loan notes - hard to part w/the cash. We plan to drive these at least till hubster retires in six years if we can, and then possibly buying something to replace my truck and make it the family car and the Neon the one to run to grocery in or to trade off between us when one of us needs to go out of town to visit relatives. He currently drives his about 40 miles a day and mine sits in the drive most every day - as for now I time my errands & try to hitch a ride w/the kids when they are out and about when I can.

Dream car? Any one that's paid for!

I wouldn't mind an inexpensive hybrid for the gas costs, not the looks - eck!! For looks I'd take a 2007 BMW 335i coupe - there is one in town that I'm lusting after -- cherry/burgandy metallic w/gold trim package. OH B A B Y!! N.i.c.e.!! ...twas probably a custom order but it is sweet.

I drive a 99 honda civic HX (my 3rd honda) but have always daydreamed of how nice it would be to drive a sporty luxury car, like a BMW or Volvo. But since they have yet to make a gas-efficient sports car, looks like i'll probably stick with either honday or toyota.

a camry would be very nice.

i am a nut for gas mileage but car makers seem to think that people who buy gas efficient cars don't appreciate luxuries like leather seats, etc. Wrong!

Up until this past summer I drove a 2002 Camaro Z28, and a 1992 "Oldsmobomb" when the weather was bad.
Now I have a 2003 Chevy Impala, which is better on gas, insurance and car seats. lol. We also got rid of the Olds so we are saving a lot there, too.

DH and I love sporty cars, and it nearly broke our hearts to get rid of the Camaro. My dream car is a new Corvette or one of the new retro style Camaro's when they are availabe.

our first and only cars 99 corolla and 00 focus. By the way our focus is a really pain in the butt. It has had so many repairs and I've barely done anything to the corolla.

What would I get? I'd love a 1965 mustang or 67 chevelle, not a reality. So something I probably could buy would be a toyota 4 runner for practicality. But what I would want would be 911 carrera. I like sports cars.

What I will end up with? A minivan for our next car and probably a station wagon for the other second car! Can you say practical and boring.

Not only can I not afford the car I dream about driving, it actually hasn't even been designed yet!

There's a new company called Tesla Motors -- www.teslamotors.com. In fall of 2007 they are introducing their first car -- an all-electric sportscar that is faster than everything execpt one model of Porshe, and has a range of 250 miles per charge. It costs $89,000! They've already pre-sold the first 100 models, and it is a sweet looking car.

But that's not the car I want -- in about 2010 they plan to introduce an all-electric family sedan for about $40,000. A few years later they'll have an all-electric compact. I'm hoping that when it's time to replace my current car that these electrics will have been on the road for a few years.

LivingAlmostLarge, I had a Toyota 4Runner and it was the favorite of all my vehicles w/the exception of my Sunbeam Tiger convertible (oh man, why did I ever sell it???)! The 4Runner felt like I was driving a nice safe tank down the road. Very solid. No creaks or rattles. A very nice vehicle. I did however hate the large payment that came w/mine - it cost me more per month than my house payment! EEEEK! If I could get one at a decent price w/low mileage I would buy one again.
