Default Unwanted gift cards?

Here's a site that might be of use to some of you who have an unwanted gift card:

http://www.swapagift.com/

They charge a $3.99 fee to list a card and it's free if you want you buy or trade a card. I haven't used the site but it sounds interesting if you happened to receive a card from someone and never intend on using it.

I've never gotten gift cards that I didn't like, however it's nice to know that these sites exist. I'll have to keep that in mind for the future.

I'll just use my gift cards. I can't pay 3.99 to get the cash. That is just me. It is good to know that the site is out there though!

That site is good. You can also sell gift cards on ebay pretty easily. They usually sell for close to face value.

I've been given useless gift cards a couple of times, so it's nice to have a way to get something for them, even if it isn't the full amount.

I got a $75 gift card from a framing place, but it is a local place, so it will be hard to get rid of.

There was just an article on the market for unwanted gift cards. Showed up on MSN the day after Christmas.

Check this link.
