Default Purchased online-No delivery-No refund!

I bought some art supplies from a website called Sycamore -Creek.
They accepted Pay Pay so I paid that way.
It has been a month and I have not received my order. I emailed the address several times where money was accepted for this order to try and find out find the status of this order, but cannot get any info. Last night I sent an email and said I wanted a refund. My mail was delivered back to me with a message "undelliverable" .
This order was under $20.00 so it is not a big loss, but still, it's my money!
I filed a complaint with Pay Pal but have had no response to my complaint.
Is there anything else I can do?
Bonnie

If Paypal can't get your money back you can also try a charge back with your Credit card.

Also file a complain with the Better Business Bureau in the city where Sycamore Creek is located. They will open an "investigation" on your behalf. You can also file a written complaint with your state's Department of Consumer Protection. It may not get you anywhere, but it does alert others to the company's bad business practices. And you can spread the word via your blog, as you have done.

Thanks for your replies everyone.
I called Pay Pal on the phone this week and even though I thought I had clicked on the right thing to get more help from them , I guess I didn't.
Pay Pal is trying to contact the merchant now and hopefully I will get a refund soon.
The merchant is the biggest loser. If they had responded to my emails asking about the status of this order I would have understood if there was a problem. But to not respond and even sent my last email back to me was not reassuring me that I was getting what I paid for.
Word of mouth advertising on the web can be positive or negative and co's ought to think about this!

Here's an update:

Pay Pal contacted Sycamore Creek and they replied to them.
Strange.. I bought the merchandise and several times wrote asking SC for the status of my order and they ignored me.
So they mail my merchandise Priority mail USPS and it arrives today.
It was mailed the 19th of Dec., several weeks after I placed and paid for the order.
Meanwhile , I had sent them emails saying I wanted a refund.
I didn't open the package today . I wrote Refused Return to sender and sent them and Pay Pal a message that it was too late. I waited weeks and weeks foir this order and spent way too much time trying to get info.
Sycamore Creek does not deserve my business. I'll never deal with them again.
I will keep the resolution open until Pay Pal gets my money back in my account.
