That refinancing article is really good. A must read for everyone who is doing a refi to pay off the credit cards.

i think it is a bad idea to take unsecured credit cards and pay them off with secured refi's... when i used to sell real estate, i watched several auto workers lose their homes from doing this..

Good articles. I especially like the one about the re-fi not solviing debt problems! Geez! How do people get into such a mess? Sadly I know all too well!
