Default A pleasant surprise

Last week hubby went to deposit a cheque in our bank account while I did the grocery shopping. I finished and waited. I don't take money unless I have to and he had the CC to pay for it. Waiting, waiting waiting. Was thinking that someone had robbed him or something he was taking so long. Was just at the stage where I was going to ask the manager if I could store the trolley somewhere to check on hubby when he came in.
Sorry I'm late had a bit of trouble at the bank.

I immediately thought the worst. Like someone had cleaned out our account but no the trouble was was that $2700 of unexpected money had been put into our account and they were trying to sell hubby a term deposit! After some investigation we worked out the money was because we had been underpaid during the year.
Was a lovely surprise.
