I remember watching Bob and the price is right during the 70's with my grandma!! She just loved that show. I suppose Bob deserves a rest at 83!!! I am sure many, many folks will miss him.

I used to watch the Price is Right all the time when I was young. It was so much fun, and Bob Barker is certainly a great host. I love the responses he gave in that link. Very funny guy. He will be sorely missed.

I can't tell from the responses if he has retired or died. I remember him from Truth or Consequences when I was little. My Mom had her watch set to 11 AM because whereever she was she watched him on the price is right. We don't have (or want) a TV so haven't seen much of him lately. He was always funny, always smiling and always kind.

That case was settled and Bob was cleared. It sounded like a sour grapes deal to me.
