company offered to buy mobile home -good or bad?
We have been trying to sell our mobile home for a couple of years now with very little success and we came upon an ad in our local newspaper from a company called getwrittenoffertoday.com in which they offer to buy your home from you and are willing to work with you. I thought I would run it buy you guys and see if you think this is something I should take advantage of, or is this something I should stay away from. Any advice or information is greatly appreciated.

See what they offer. You can always say no. My guess is that they'll lowball you. However, mobile homes don't go for much and you might be asking too much if you haven't been able to seel for a couple of years.
