Travel - We don't travel that often. But, when we go to the beach, I actually want to SEE the beach and be close or oceanfront. I don't want to rent a condo 3 blocks back to save a few bucks. That might be OK later on, but my kids are young and you don't want to drag alot of kid stuff and kids and have streets to cross.

Furniture - I really don't want furniture to last forever. I get tired of it, etc. So, I would rather get something a little cheaper and not feel stuck with it for the rest of my life.

Of course, good quality furniture has substantial resale value. Crappy stuff doesn't.

Practically anything 90% off is a good buy for me. If I can't use it, I can sell for a profit.

Shisedo's waterproof SPF 55 with UVA/UVB protection is the most incredible suncreen I had ever tried, you should go to a Shisedo counter and ask for a sample to try out.
