Complaints to UPS

UPS told me after I requested their delivery people ring my bell that they would from now on.
I even put a sign next to my doorbell requesting anyone delivering anything to ring my bell.
I may as well go bang my head against the wall. It would do as much good! LOL!
I don't understand why they just can't ring the bell .
It doesn't seem like too much to ask!

You could get a sensor that chimes the doorbell whenever someone crosses the stoop, passes a certain point on the walkway, etc.
