I love quotes -- have a little itty bitty comp book filled with favorites -- a lot about art and wisdom and education. Some about finance and money, but I'd love to hear yours...
Here are a couple not strictly money related: "It is never too late to be what you might have been." George Eliot "Don't go through life, GROW through life." Eric Butterworth and "Direction literally creates time." Zig Ziglar (I like this last one -- and it is very true of money! ) |

It does not matter what you make, but what you keep!!

I mentioned this to someone and they referred my to Dickens, David Copperfield:
Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen six, result happiness. Annual income twently pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery. Of course, until very recently I never put how much I spent in terms of the course of a year. It was only how much I spent per purchase or such. But I also didn't think about how many hours have to be worked to earn x dollars, but just in terms of the monthly or annual pay! How much we learn -- and so quickly when we put our attention on it! ![]() |

My favorite quote is as follows, "Use it up. Wear it out. Make due. Do without!".

Oh I love quotes too!
For relationships/jobs/etc. one that has helped me is: "Let Go or Be Dragged!" For money a favorite is: "A part of all I earn is mine to keep!" -Clason's Richest Man in Babylon |

The greater part of our happiness or misery, depend on our disposition and NOT on our circumstances!

my signature..I picked it cause it reminds me the CC company didn't put a gun to my head to get me to use them..and in most cases what I thought I 'needed' I only wanted..and if it were life or death I would pass on..I brought my financial situation on myself..even the medical bills..it is my body (mine were for delivery of my middle girl..not like cancer or something)

"True wealth is measured by the quality of a (wo)man's friendship."
-forgot I think I may have more listed somewhere, but I'll have to rummage for that later. |

"Sometimes it is useful to know how large your zero is." ~Author Unknown
"Can you do Division? Divide a loaf by a knife - what's the answer to that?" ~Lewis Carroll, Through the Looking Glass |
