Picked up 'Smart Shopping' the other day

It gave some good tips and tricks to cut costs and one of the main articles was "Save $7,000 a year on everything in your Life!" it was a good article. Has any read this before? I figure most of this information I could find Online unless I was looking for fresh information....

I read it before for the Montreal one. It helps me a lot, but I didn't put it to good use. I'm going to the library tomorrow to rent the book.
