Hot weather helps the weeds grow and on that note, the vines we have on our house are all out of shape and have to be trimmed. There is a weird looking weed/tree growing on our garage roof that will have to be removed. Our yardman will take care of this for just the cost of removing it and no labor charge as come the latter part of October, he will be removing the leaves and cleaning the gutters in November. Then the snow......fun! fun! fun! NOT.....

Minor truck repairs plus a new battery totaling $200 are my sore spot this month. I can't complain, really, in that my truck is a Nissan and requires only simple maintenance. It's been a stellar vehicle
