I read this unexplained statement on another website.
"If you don't want to be part of laundering money or shop lifting scams don't accept gift cards from people you don't know and don't "buy" them on auction sites." Can anyone elucidate? |

I got a gift card to a framing store and there is nothing I want. I would love to sell it for less than the worth of the card!
