great info.. thanks for the post... i was observing the fastest growing cities.... i could not locate alot of the slowest growing cities.... i was wondering where the cheapest places are to live state by state... in ohio... youngstown, is depressed and cheap......

Nice article, I looked around the site and read this....

Finally, think twice about hanging your laundry out to dry. Even your clean clothes can be pollen collectors.


OH NO! Allergies can bag the energy saver of hanging clothes to dry! That thought had no occured to me.

yeah... that is why i hang dry in the house... not outside.. i have two plastic dryers.. that hold a load of clothes.. i hang up tops, shirts, pants from cuffs with clothespins... towels hung up in bathrooms to dry... sheets, comforters, quilts, i lay over bed, sofa or chair and turn over in a few hours...not to mention, i have had clothes get rained on outside and more pollution...plus dust from the road...

One of my kids has pollen and mold allergies. Hanging out his clothes is definitely a bad idea. We hang laundry in the basement, unless it is something large like a blanket. Then it goes outside--unless it is for the allergic child. His blankets go in the dryer or on the basement line there's space.

interesting and funny read. For most of those i could make the deal or no deal choice in my head before i got to it, except for the car one. But the edmunds site is a good resource.
