Default Re: Habit or Laziness - Which Costs You More Money?

Being frugal requires doing some work that lazy people would never do:

Hanging laundry outside so save on electric bill
cooking at home instead of ordering pizza
doing repairs and maintenance of your house yourself instead of hiring someone
looking for the best deals--even if it means spending hours online checking the store adds, requesting freebies and printing coupons
shopping in a few grossery store instead of one
make your brain work hard and to look for the ways to use less stuff and still get good results

And I think that people who don't even want to do something exta ( at least something) to save money, either have too much money or just plain lazy.

I have to disagree, I am lazy and I do some of those things...

I was thinking more on this last night, as I lazily avoided doing much of anything (though honestly I blame it on the reading induced migrane that I still have) I think lazyness is just plain to broad a range of options.

Lazyness prevented me from driving to a 'thing' saving on gas.
Habit made me add a can of tomatoes to stretch the beef for tacos, though honestly we only had one , that is just poor planning.

So both saved me money, course habit also had me online for an hour wating time and money.
Lazyness had me avoiding the stack of paperwork here, not sure how much that will cost, but I really have to mail stuff to mom and my bros girl.

Jeffrey:

Did you argue habit or laziness? Have you now won your argument?
