Default Did someone say Joe?

I recently read a thread in which someone mentioned Joe Dominguez, author of Your Money Or Your Life.

I've never read the book but I have seen reference to this book on several occassions. What is it really about? I've read the Tightwad Gazette and I agree with a review I read somewhere, "Nobody is cheaper than Amy."

I've just begun to research and consider T-bills, supposedly Joe Dominguez recommends them as your best bet. What else does he have to say? Should I get the book? Insight anyone?

I read the book. I think it's somewhat dated now in that long term T bills might not make sense anymore becus the govt changed the rules. It was an interesting technique tho.

I definately recommend his book! He really focuses on the goal of being financially independent and made me realize the reality is closer than I thought.

It is great read. As Fern said some of the material is dated but the basic ideas are timeless.
