Default Did I just pass up on an easy $500?

I saw a link for free maid service for a year..which is about the best bonus I could want.

It turned into a free $500 Visa gift card, whish is still good.

After clicking no for 5 mintues it comes up with a complete two offers to finish.

One was a language course 'advantage language' and another was a 'wine club' I figured I can use the language and the wine as a gift, but the language website was backwards...https://advantagelanguage.valuableoffers.net (plus all my info) is how it came up, but a netserch shows www.languageadvantage.com

Is it just a copycat site, or a scam to get my CC number?

('Ill share the website if it is real, but I don't want to lead anyone else where I am scared to go.)

I would pass it up, if it is too good to be true, it usually is bad!

I got DH to read the fine print, apparently 2 things was NOT all you had to do, 2, 2, and 4, with the last page having about 360$ worth of stuff you had to buy just to get the stupid card.

I guess I knew it was too good to be true.

Thanks for the advice.

Yeah, I never do those offers. There are so many of them. They say "Free plasma screen TV (must complete 4 offers). You gotta figure that the're making money off you through the offers, or they'd be out of business pretty quickly...
Just ignore them!

There is no such things as free money.....period.

Tell me why anyone would just hand over the $$. Nope they all want something in return, it's just a matter of what, how much and when. Someone somewhere will have to pay for it.

I even think coupons in the long run are what make name brands higher priced than the generic stuff.....someone sometime has to pay.
