Default Where to find scholarships & student loans?

I have recently come to the US. I want to study in a Naturopathic college here in the US. I am currently unemployed. My husband and I bought a new house and so we are having a lot of financial constraints. Could you please direct me to some place or website that gives scholarships and student loans at low interest rates. We do not fall under the low income group but due to excessive credits and loans we already have our hands too full. I had read an article on your website about scholarships. I have been doing a lot of reading on the internet but don't seem to find any such resource. I have a good GPA. I have applied to a lot of agencies and websites for scholarships but I am not eligible because I don't fall in the low income group. I am looking for jobs too. But somehow nothings seems to be working out.

It would be very kind if you could point me in the right direction.

Thank You very much.

www.fastweb.com - has scholarships, i'm not sure if you'd qualify, but it might be worth checking out

Have you talked to the financial aid department at the school(s) you're interested in attending? They may be able to help you find grants, loans, scholarships, etc.

I would suggest you also check out your local library. Mine has a lot of information out about non need based scholarships. Also contacting the schools like sweepsplayer says is a good idea. They want you to attend, so they will work hard at trying to find you funding to go.
