short term:
make some improvements in the house

Then:
get a bigger house (mine is too small for us now)

long term:
pay off mortgage

ver-very long term:
start saving for retirement or help my kids with money (whichever comes first)

short term - downpayment on house,

long term- mortgage, retirement
