Unusual Pets!

Well i was wondering who all had "unusual" animals. THis girl was saying she had a mini horse. She gave me a website to look at and they seem nice for someone who has a big yard. Anyway so my question is how many of you have an unusual animal. I say anything outside of a dog, cat, bird, or fish. How much did your pet cost? How time consuming is it? Why did you choose this pet? Any of info is also appreciated!

ok I dont know if this is unusual but it is to me my dh had to snakes when I met him a bow constrictor & a python & when he moved in with me I said not a chance for the snakes so he got rid of them. And my grandma who was 85 & passed away in nov had an iguana it was kinda by accident but she had him & took care of him & I truly believe she really liked it!! So to me that was strange I mean for an 85 yr old women to have a pet iguana ya know. It was actually her stepgrandsons who left it at her house & never came back for it.

I used to have unusual pets...exotic birds, ferret, hedgehogs. Now I just have one cat, two dogs and a leopard gecko (lizard).

I consider my hubby a pet at todays prices he is all I can afford but he is lovable and well trained lol

I am told that an Iguana can live over 40 years and they are low maintenance. My strangest pet was and is my pet rock. REmember those stupid thing?

I had a pet rat. Best rodent pet for me, and I recommended one for my boss who has a three year old. They are VERY smart and get attached to their owner. They dont break out,run away or bite.

Great starter pet, trust me!

i have a potbelly pig, horses dogs and cats. my 10yodd has a bearded dragon she likes to sleep on her bed.
