Zillow is only a couple of months out of beta. There is a lot of variation in how much info they have on your area. When they first launched, they listed my house as being worth $17,000! Now they list it as being worth $52,000. I bought it two years ago for $70,000, and comparable houses on the street are now selling for $129,000. So clearly they don't have very good data for my street yet.

You really just have to wait for it to develop more, but it can be fun to play with.

I also like to look on my city's property tax site, where I can look up any house in the city and find out who owns it, when they bought it, and how much they paid. It's a little hard to tell if they bougth it then or just refinanced it, though.

OMG. Without a doubt, this is the funniest site on the internet. I can rarely manage to get through more than 4-5 posts before I am laughing so hysterically that I have to stop. My wife was reading the site the other day and said she had to stop because she could hardly catch her breath from laughing so hard.

I stopped playing games on my phone due to these type of sites being more entertaining.

Sometimes it's just fun to go to YouTube and watch the CRAZY videos- that's definitely entertainment!! I also enjoy Dave Ramsey.com and Saving with Renee.com (her videos are great!) for money saving ideas. I love to listen to free educational audios online also.
