One example of what I have in mind: Volunteer for research studies that give out compensation. (There is one study at the University that look at sleep pattern). They pay you to sleep there.

If you are male, I suppose you could donate sperm. Do you mean no work at all? I have a blog that I do for fun, but it generates a very little amount of cash through ads.

If you live near a metropolitan area, there are marketing companies that always are looking for people to either try out a new product or supply their opinion. You can expect to get paid about $50 for an hour of your time, and you're paid on the spot.
I used to do this occasioanlly when i was between jobs, and when i was a teenager, i remember going to a cold clinic when i got sick to try out various cold medications.

Job free money. Be paid for research trial, participating in survey, for trying products at home, for participation in focuss group... (not sure how to start to work on this one) selling of sperm, selling of hair (to do wig). Donating plasma and/or blood. Other ideas? |

House sitter! all you have to do is sit in someone else's house. That's not work.
The focus groups and research studies are great ways to make cash. DH just made $70 sitting in a focus group for an hour. |

If you like animals you could try pet sitting. It could be done at your house or theirs. I pay an exorbitent amount of money for someone to come here 3 times a day. All she does is take her out and once a day she feeds her. Cats would be even easier, change the litter and leave food and water. Young dogs need some play time but you can be choosey who you accept as a client. If you are an animal lover, it's fun.

Well, I take it from your username that you are a student. If you are at a college, you could look into the Economics department. At my college, they are always doing little experiments and they pay $20-40 for an hour or two. The experiments are almost like games and they can usually fit within your class schedule. Might be something to look into.

Here's a link to the site: http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/ and the FAQ: http://www.milliondollarhomepage.com/faq.php Another way that doesn't require a great deal of effort is to buy something in quantity for a low price and sell/auction it on eBay. Boxing some things up and taking them to the post office, once or twice a week, is not that much work. |
