I have been a little bit of everything over the several decades I have been in the work force. My favorite is the one I have right now, wife and mother. It is at times the most challenging one I have had and often the most exciting and always the most rewarding.

I am busting my hump right now so that when I meet that special someone and we decide to have kids I have plenty of income so she could be a SAHM or possibly work from home or consult. So with that said, I run the Treasury Operations for a fortune 500 company and just recently took on running their Risk Management duties as well.

I'm an administrative assistant. I am trying to start a small business doing photography and writing. My job is flexible and I like it but I want to do something for myself.

My photography has been a hobby for the last 15 years. It wasn't until recently that I considered to see if anyone would want me on a semi pro level.

I have done two weddings and a bridal shower. I have also done a few portraits. So far everyone likes the way I take photos. I love doing photos of families and individuals. One on one's are my favorite because I can devote my attention to one person and get to know them.

I love to read and write and am working on a ebook.

I like the fact that I can do the two things I love to do in my spare time and still have the security of income until I am able to build a client list and test my ebooks on the market.

Last month I brain stormed about how I can earn income from both ventures. I've made a list of ideas for my photography projects and ebooks that I feel are in my range.

I've been working my plan for about two months now.

I'm a SAHM to a 17 y/o daughter, so SAHW really. I get the 'sure wish I could stay at home' derisive comments. They got to me pretty bad at first. Have been staying at home for 6 months now. Well, I'm over that. Have decided it's their problem. I do a lot to be able to stay home. DH couldn't be happier. Relationship with daughter has gotten so much better. Am loving the freedom.

I'm a registerd rad tech trained in cath lab and CT. I don't think I could go back to the shift work, weekends, holidays, on call, sleeping away from home, getting called in when someone else doesn't show up.. I didn't have a life! Sure, I made good money. It sure took a lot of money for me to work, as well.

This is better for us.
