I am on number 19. I will make 20 but probably not 25. My husband came home at 5 pm instead of 6 pm, so that shortens my time. We get ready and go out to eat every night and then spend the evening together, so i can't exercise at night.
My bedroom and bathroom are downstairs, my only reason to go upstairs is to use the computer and treadmill.

I barely hit 25. My legs are giving me fits this afternoon...(weak, kinda wobbly) I know something is up, cause for about 4 days, one of my legs feels like someone is pouring real warm water on it...(this happens every few months...lasts days to weeks) suspect MS...lot's of symptoms...no diagnosis. (They call it limbo-land)

Oh well, anyways...GS was here again today....we had another fun day...but gramma is worn out tonight. Home alone day tomorrow...looking forward to some serious housework!

Oh yeah, Ima Saver, the book came in...can't wait to get started...ironically, I am 1/4 Cherokee Indian!! so this book is even more intriguing (spelling?) I will try to read some tomorrow too! g'nite

I made 25 flights. I did the last 5 while my husband was watching me, looking at me like I was nuts or something. I also got in 37 minutes walking on my treadmill. So I can add $3 to my challenge. Ray, if your leg is hurting, stay off it for a few days and enjoy that book. I didn't think it was one I would like, but I found it facinating.

I was just having a pity-party for one last night...Much better today...ready to tackle stairs...and get this house cleaned!! I am at 5 today so far. With the housework, I will make the goal no problem today...I am always up and down them when I clean cause for some reason all the upstairs stuff is downstairs and vis-versa.

Have a great day!

My stairs needed a break yesterday...so I made the huge sacrifice and went to the mall with my mom & DD2 and only used the stairs...managed to get in the equivalent. It was tough to hit the mall, but sometimes sacrifices must be made (wink)

DD3 and DH are sleeping in this morning, so only 2 trips so far... (Im drinking coffee) (wink again)...When they get up I will hit the stairs...busy day today- dump day, then DD3 needs to go to the dollar store and is off to an overnight birthday party.

DH offered to take me to the movie using that $30 from the extra wood money...(how sweet huh?)

Have a great day Ima Saver...looking forward to hearing how the night out with your friends went....

Well I only managed to get in 20 flights of stairs yesterday but I did walk on my treadmill for 45 minutes. I am off to a late start today. It is past noon and I have only done 2 flights. I went and got my grocery shopping done this morning. Have to cook on sundays, however my husband will cook on the grill.

I am still alive, I could not get onto this site for almost 48 hours. I got my 20 flights of stairs done yesterday and over 30 minutes on the treadmill. I have almost done 20 flights of stairs already today.

Well yesterday, I did 23 flights of stairs and I walked on my treadmill for 30 minutes. I can't seem to get into the blogs today to update on my challenge! I am going out for lunch to meet a new friend I met on the computer. Might not get much exercise today, except bending my elbow to eat!!

Gosh I hope it doesn't. She is from Florida but has a vacation home in my town. I hope we can pick each other out! We have a forum that is just about the little town we live in. It is amazing how many people we have met on the forum. We had a picnic last year and a lunch to meet each other, but she could not come. It is funny how no one looks like you expect them to. I do have an hour to do some walking before I leave.

Nope, not going to make anything work out today. But I had a fun lunch out and checked on a new cell phone for dh and then spent the rest of the day out at his job, figuring out the floor plan. It was warm and beautiful, and I am a bit fatter today. There is always tomorrow!! ps, I didn't even notice her shoes and purse!

I think I will join you all starting as of now, I will try to walk for 30 minutes or more a day and a few lots of stairs as I am using a walking stick. $1 for every 30 minutes of excerise.
I did a 40 minutes walk and 3 set of stairs today. So I post when I am online.

My Tally $1

Good for you Kitty. For the first time, I did not get up to 20 flights of stairs , I only did about eight. I did walk for a few minutes, but not enough to make money for the challenge. I was busy all day. I will try and do better today.
