I spent about $25 for a very nice frame that holds 5 photos. I had the photos reprinted from digital shots of the time we've spent together.

I got a dozen red roses, some sexy lingerie and dinner at a restaurant tonight.

I made Dh peanut butter cookies with hersheys kisses. Cost $5. He is making me dinner: Pork roast, potatoes augratin, green beans almandine and choc mousse all from scratch. He probley spent less than $20 for ingrediants. So we'll be eating like kings for the cost of Micky D's, and we don't have to go out in the snow. I got a heated massage rock unit as a gift a couple of years ago, We will give each other hot rock massages after dinner. Cost $0. Who says being cheap isn't sexy?

Hubby brought me home a lovely cake that says Happy Valentines Day on it! I was so excited because usually he forgets Valentines day and my dad gave me a card with $1 in it which he says is better than candy because it is calorie free. He is so funny.

We said we weren't going to get eachother anything for V day -- We made dinner Tuesday night. But we went out to dinner the week before for our Anniversary.

I received flowers and chocolates from my preschooler Valentines though :-)

We took the kids to an all you can eat restaurant not really a valentines deal more cause we got our tax refund back & usually go some place half way nice to eat & tues is dh's day off so we went on valentines day that was just under $30. Even thought that was more a tax deal I would say this is one of the only times in the 7 years dh & I been together we did something on valentines day.

Then I bought the kids balloons & candy $20 for all 3 only really did it because all the kids at school had parents sending thier kids balloons & stuff I felt so bad for my girls cause I really didnt buy them anything I wait tell afterwards & I bought 2 of the kids treats for thier classes that was about $10 all together.

So I guess $60 all together which about killed me!!! I mean I just hate to waste money!! BTW the kids had cards I bought clearanced last year at 90% off so only spent about .10 on thier cards. I will do the same thing this year in about a week I get tons of valentines stuff at 90%.
