I'm not hairy but I have thick facial hair. Unfortunately, the electric shavers never worked for me. Although the two I tried were mid ranged ones $60-$75 and not the $200 ones.

I only use Gillete Mach 3 blades anything else just doesn't cut it

i got my husband using quattro razors, before I came in the picture he was using old 10c junk blades that'll cut your throat open... lol wasn't hard to convince him to stop...

I heard the same though that they don't work, but curious if spending more to buy a $200 would actually be worth it?? or would I throw my hard earned money down the drain??

Electric razors don't work for me either. They don't get close enough and they cause me irritation. But YMMV.
