Easy Shrink Lock Storage for Freezer
You may have heard of this one already, but just in case...
Instead of buying an expensive machine that shrink locks plastic around food for freezer storage, try this. Put the food in a zip lock bag, then insert a straw at one end. Close the zip lock from one end right up to the straw. Then suck out all the excess air and while doing so, quickly remove the straw and finish closing the zip lock. Works quite well.
