Default Re: Mad at Aldis shoppers

I like Aldi's. I carry my own bags almost everywhere I shop (some stores give you a 5 cent rebate per bag) because my DD once told me it was more ecological and made me my first bag (still have and use it) If you have ever had a teenager insist on something you know why the habit is deeply ingrained. I feel guilty when I forget! I use their brands without a problem and by the yogurt by the case. (DS2 has a big time yogurt habit) Once in awhile I will forget bags and then can usually find boxes in the store. Never saw a banana box there though. Our grocery store used to give them out for free if you need them.

I like Aldi's for some things. Flour, sugar, baking stuff, cereal, and their fresh produce is amazing. Most everything else has been hit and miss in my experience. I hate their pizza kit... the sauce tasted... well, cheap.

I usually only go to Aldi every 6 months or so to stock up on pantry basics, but do most of my regular shopping at a different store.
