Default Reqeust: mom-from-missiouri

Mom from Missouri please reveal your grocery list. Provide weekly or monthly if able with the dishes you serve. I think we all can learn from you. I am in Michigan and shop Aldi's. However, I do watch, because other grocers may be cheaper with sales.

No answer yet, maybe on vacation! Well, guess what. Mom from Missouri is right. Aldi's is greeat. I have shopped there in the past for certain items. And with the advice of another member on our forum I started a price book. The price book is a phone book so it is alphabeticalized and I can find better. Product in name. In number area is store name and ounces with price. Went to the local grocer to buy evaporated milk and paid 1.89 went to Aldi's the next day: 89 cents. Boy was I upset. My new price book will prevent that from happening again. I strongly suggest you look for your nearest Aldi's for your shopping. Mom from Missouri: we could still use more input from you on the grocery shopping list!

Where do you get price books from, or do you make them yourself? Thanks in advance! - Heidi

Max'sMommy: I purchased a small telephone book, like the teens carry in their purses. I use the name column for the item and the number area for the store, ounces, and price. This way the list is alphabetical and easy to maneuver in the store.

Sorry, on another note: I keyed in grocery shopping psychology in the search engine. Suggest you do to - much to learn. Best to know what they know. If you know what I mean; can't play the game if you don't know the rules. Hope this helps.

Jeffrey; thanks for monitoring us and sending us in the right direction. May God give you a blessing for reward.
