Coupon Train

I have tons of coupons I have no use for & coupons I do need. I am a stay at home couponing mom of 3 dogs & a 15 month old baby. I would like to start a coupon train to try & get these coupons I dont need into someones hands that can use them before they expire. After they expire I do send them to military families but If I can start a coupon train & try & get some coupons I can use that would be awesome.
