Salmon, for the Omega-3 fatty acids, calcium, vitamin D and protein. I need all of these.

Survival - Aldi's Loven 12 grain bread - Nothing says loving like that crunchy nutty taste.

Satisfaction - Tacos & Guacomole!! Ole!!! anything Mexican (but not spicy hot!)

I think it would be a toss up between a few things: My home made chicken noodle soup, lasognia, pizza, and cheeseburgers.

I'd pick vegetables, there's so much variety. A-Z, with fruits and grains included I can make breads, beans including soy beans from which tofu/tvp are derived, even seaweed can taste like meat if prepared well. The possibilies are endless.

scambled eggs! I just love any breakfest food and since my hubby doesn't care for breakfest for supper and I don't eat at 5am in the morning I rarely get scrambled eggs. I could go all week on them. Cereral is #2
Which I might add is really good to do when your ulcers are acting up! Been there done that! LOL

I'd have to go with pizza, also. That's why I have to limit how much I have it!

I would say Ice Cream too! I buy a lot from Schwan's. I really shouldn't since it is higher than going to the Grocery Store. But I'm without a car at the moment and it's just easier for them to bring it to me.
