water is also completely vital to your body running right....theoretically, you should drink at least as many ounces as you weigh...

I mostly drink either water or hot tea in winter (homemade ice tea in summer), plus rice milk with my breakfast cereal.

I used to be hooked on Diet coke, altho i would never allow myself more than 2 a day max,and most times, just 1. But i HAD to have that one. I finally gave up buying it compltely, and jjust had it if we were eating out, but now becus my SO drinks tons of soda, i'm sliding back into it.

It bothers me that SO drinks so much soda. He's a fitness fanatic, yet has a very poor diet, tons of sugary treats, the soda, and lots of red meat. Not very healthy. I email him articles about the dangers, etc. but so far not much of an effect.

see, and my SO drinks nothing but water, juice and milk. He doesn't touch coffee, except if it's in ice cream, lol.

One thing he does drink is a fruit juice/carbonated water thing called "Izzo". it has very few calories and some vitamins.
