Default Freezing Burrito's

Hi! I know that eggs don't freeze very well, but I was wondering if I were to make an egg and cheese burrito, if that would freeze well? Also, I was wondering what is the best way to freeze burritos? If the filling is still hot/warm when you put it inside the tortillia, should I put it in the fridge to cool first, then freeze? I'd like to have some burritos pre-made that I can just pop out of the freezer and put in my lunchbox.

So far I've made three different kinds of fillings: egg/veggie crumbles/cheese; bbq'd veggie chicken/cheese; and a PB&J one. I'm also planning on getting refried beans to make a more traditional burrito. Any other ideas on good fillings that would be freezable and also vegetarian??

Thanks much for any ideas or suggestions!

Keeping It Frugal in Texas,
Laura
