Incredible. There was a book a number of years ago, I'll see if I can find the name, that wrote about all of the insane laws and regulations that businesses need to comply with and how it is destroying the business environment in this country. Rules that make absolutely no sense and cost businesses millions and millions of dollars to comply with for no good reason other than it is the law.
