How Much Food?
We are having 60 people over on the 4th. We are providing drinks and the main dish. Our plan is to smoke chicken thighs and grill hotdogs & hamburgers. How many of each would you purchase? Have extra chicken won't bother me because we can use it for many dishes leftover.
