Pancakes with real maple syrup, ham, home-fried potatoes with onions and peppers, and cucumbers (a little weird, but we always have some kind of low glycemic veg with dinner).

I am going to make some boiled rice with green salad in my dinner. This is my favorite food in dinner. I am great lover of green salad so i prefer to eat green salad in my dinner.

I'm roasting a whole chicken rubbed with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with basil, oregano, sea salt and fresh ground pepper, baked potatoes and carrots, and cole slaw. Yum.
