Lightbulb Bed Bath & Beyond Coupons...

NEVER expire. Another unadvertised tip:

They really and truly will take up to 5 coupons at once (on 5 items) at one checkout.

For example, if you need sheets, you can use a coupon for the flat sheet, the fitted sheet, the pillowcases and the pillows all at once.

I hoard those Bed, bath, beyond coupons! I love that you can use them whenever. I think the last time I used Linens and things, they would take expired (Linens coupons) ones, but only within thirty days....I may be wrong on that. Things change so much. I think some of these stores take current coupons from the other store.

Yes, even though they show an expiration date, the store will still take them. They have many nice inexpensive gifts combined with a coupon, you can't beat

*little throw rugs
*specialty kitchen utensils one doesn't buy for oneself

(Of course, my little business has many inexpensive gifts, I shouldn't be sending anyone to BB&B!)

I completely forgot to take my bed, bath and beyond coupon with me last time I went! I get them in the mail all the time, and it's one of the few places me and BF can get our trash bags (his gram got him a fancy one that you have to use special bags for... ugh)

Keep a small clear baggie with coupons in your purse or car! I don't want to make your purse bigger... but I keep a few restaurant coupons, craft store coupons, etc. in my purse. (I am fanatically organized though...) ;}

My friend keeps it one in her car, which is probably easier for most people.

Not sure. Could it be when they get your information from the store when you buy something? Or is it because they cull data from some public database about people who have moved recently? Maybe it'd be worth asking an employee or manager there and see what they say.

As to the question about where to get the coupons: next time you go into their store ask to sign up for their mailing list.

Sometims Bed, Bath and Beyond can be a bit overpriced even with a coupon.
I bought a table top paper towel holder, the kind where you can tear off one sheet at a time and it doesn't unravel.
A week later I saw the exact same item at Ross for much less. even using BB&B's coupon.

imho, bbb are basically ALWAYS more expensive than elsewhere

i consider them to be a rip-off, even with a coupon: prices very HIGH!

I personally think BB&B can have higher prices than most places. That is why I always comparison shop. I usually find that I get things cheaper somewhere else even when I include the coupon savings. I have a ton of coupons, but have yet to use any of them. I'm waiting to see if there will be an irresistible deal. I've yet to see one.

I also don't like that BB&B doesn't have online coupons. I find that LNT's only 20% off coupon and delivery to the store for pickup works well for me. I had a giftcard and was able to get $50 worth of stuff for $20 b/c they were having an online only sale and I used a coupon.

Default not good for everything but...

I've found some great bargains at what the Simpsons call Bloodbath and Beyond. Sometimes they'll have cookware that's free after the rebate and you can still use the coupons. But I agree that on a day-to-day basis, they tend to be pricey--and for me--too tempting!

Linens and Things and BB&B will take each others coupons even if they are expired. Sometimes LNT comes out with a coupon for 20% off your entire purchase but you cannot use those after their expiration date. BB&B will take LNT's 20% off entire purchase coupon.

Michaels will take AC Moore and JoAnn's coupons but not expired.
