Default Whiting (fish) questions

I was in Aldi's today, and looked to see if they had plain, frozen, unbreaded flounder like I get at Pathmark. I didn't see any, but they had tons of whiting.

I've heard of it, but we never tried it. DH and I both like flounder, sole and cod. I also like salmon and tuna. How does the flavor and texture of whiting compare to any of them? Also, how would I cook it? The same as flounder?

Thanks!
